Drying stops with a tank warning
Possible causes
The tank is full
The drain or tank filter needs attention
Check that the drain hose is correctly installed, not kinked or trapped. A blocked drain hose can be flushed with tap water.
Drying takes longer than expected
Possible causes
The lint filter is dirty
Check the room and air opening
Keep the air opening clear and ventilate the room. For excessively long drying times, Bosch recommends an ambient temperature of 15–30 °C.
The heat exchanger has deposits
Cooling or automatic cleaning appears
Possible causes
Hot means the laundry is cooling
Let the cooling stage finish; it can take up to 10 minutes. Do not change the programme during cooling.
The heat exchanger is being rinsed
Automatic self-cleaning needs no action. Do not remove the condensate tank or interrupt the programme.
CrE appears
Another fault code appears
Possible causes
Contact Bosch for fault support
Contact Bosch with the exact fault message, the E-Nr. and FD number from the rating plate. Repairs must be carried out by trained service personnel; do not attempt repairs yourself. Contact support
